What is the Duct Tape Pilot?

One of the hardest things to get right as you go through your first time building a company is designing the right org structure for your business and then finding and hiring the right leaders. It is easy to waste a lot of time and money on the wrong people.

We are partnering with founders to help them figure out what they need (evaluate org structure) and then place embedded temporary leaders who can help fill urgent gaps while the founders search for long-term leaders (we also help with the searches).

How does it work?

Kickoff: We will lead 1-2 meetings to get to know you, your business, your needs and current pain, what you think you need help with, and to discuss a proposed fractional solution. The kickoff process involves CEO pre-work to share documents, decks, recordings, and other information to get us up to speed on your business and team.

Org Structure: Unless you already have a clear, defined org structure that maps well to your business model, we will work with you to build that and clarify where the gaps are on your current leadership team.
